Returns

All refunds / credits will be at discretion of Ramlinestocks.com (HGW).
Returns must have a Return Authorization number oe will be refused.

You must contact Hoosier Gun Works within 3 business days of receipt, by phone or email. All items must be sent back in as sent, in original condition, any alteration or use of items, will not be accepted for return.

Refunds that are allowed will be less shipping and credit card charges and 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for returns are responsibility of the customer. Shipping and credit card charges of 3% not refundable.

No Returns accepted after 14 business days. Period.

Return of new defective merchandise must be returned to manufacturer Ram-Line for repair or replacement. If there is a problem with an item please return to manufacturer for remedy ( see FAQ link below for info).

Shipping

There have been significant increases in freight and shipping costs since the first of the year

In January 2007 UPS   imposed a annual increase of 3.5% across the board, as well as a 4.25% gas surcharge on all packages.

On May 14th, 2007 the USPS enacted an increase to USPS rates and penalties now based on the new dimensional requirement that drastically increase shipping charges.

We are forced to address this issue. UPS is now the preferred and most way economical way to ship our stocks.

Orders will be sent UPS. UPS has tracking information available, $100.00 of insurance is included.

USPS if requested, on larger items but not cheaper or quicker.
USPS does not have tracking information.. Insurance is extra.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are sent USPS. Priority.

Shipping charges are based on actual cost of shipping and materials.
UPS pickup is at 1 PM Daily. For that reason most orders cannot be be shipped the same day order is taken.

Next Day and 2nd Day shipping available, but will have to wait for in order with other orders.There is an additional $ 5.00 charge for extra Handling.

No CODs accepted.

Shipping charge on one rifle stock approx. $8-11.00 UPS.

Butt stock and forearm set approx. $7.00-10.00 UPS

Orders are shipped in order received, it might take as long as 1-2 days to reach your order and to deliver to shipper. Average enroute shipping time is 3 days to 5 business days depending on your location.

Once order is released to shipper, we have no control over shipping time to customer. Any damage occurring from shipping must be verified by Carrier, before refund or adjustment can be made through carrier.

NO EXPORT SALES. This includes Canada.
Ram-Line requires an Export permit for their products. We are not able to ship outside of the United States of America.

Availability

Stocks were available at last posting date, web site is updated every 2-5 days as time permits. As we experience a large turnover, and all items are subject to prior sale. Prices subject to change without notice. Not responseable for missprints. No hard copy of the online Catalog is offered at present time. Stocks are new condition.
Photos are of sample items, this is too time consuming to do each item and we do not have resources to do this. Some color variation may occur in Camo patterns
